Jetfly is looking for a Flight Dispatcher to join their team at the heart of their air operations in Luxembourg. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring flights, while benefiting from extensive exposure to business aviation and real-time operational decision-making.

Job description

• Flight dispatch and operations control (preparation of flight plans, crew briefings, weather analysis, and NOTAM).

• Flight tracking and fleet movement control (tactical control of ATC flight plans, CFMU slot tracking, and integration of movements into the operational system).

• Analysis of airports and routes, and verification of feasibility to support commercial and flight operations departments.

• Organization of handling services, fuel, and additional services.

• Collaboration with flight crews and ground support personnel.

• Compliance with AOC procedures and internal company procedures.

• Coordination of activities and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

• Rigorous monitoring of all flights and third-party services.

• Administrative tasks related to the dispatch department.

Profile required

• Flight Dispatcher Certificate.

• Good knowledge of flight operations in the business aviation sector.

• Knowledge of Air Ops regulations.

• Fluency in English; French is an asset.

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Proactive personality, excellent organizational skills, team spirit, and flexibility.

• Logical reasoning, precision, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

• Customer-focused, positive attitude, and willingness to exceed expectations.
