Advanced awareness of Human Factors risks
Human Factors are those factors linked to the individual, physiological, psychological and sociological characteristics of each person, as well as those elements external to these people in the context of their activities, which can change the behavior of these people in a positive or negative way, with the associated consequences on their activities.

Human Factors (FH02): the challenges
Human Factors (FH02) refer to the notion of human performance, i.e. the human capabilities and limitations involved in aeronautical activities.
Human performances are numerous. Some examples are :
- Perception, reasoning
- Actions, communication
- Memorization,
- Moving and manipulating elements with dexterity
- Resistance to high outdoor temperatures...
Human Factors training is based on EU regulations and IATA recommendations: AHM, giving all personnel :
- Basic Human Factors principles
- Explain in concrete terms the concepts and expectations associated with Human Factors
- Highlight important issues, clarify complex elements to be implemented
- Mention certain particularities to be taken into account in each field
- Propose practical solutions for implementing FH principles
- Suggest specific FH topics that might be interesting to develop.
Job opportunities
On completion of the course, students will be able to join an airline, an airport company, an airfield or a ground handling company.

A former airport operations manager, the trainer will share his experience with you. He will teach you everything you need to know to carry out your job professionally, safely, rigorously and in compliance with procedures.

Human Factors training program - Level 2
This training course has been designed for anyone working for an airline, airport hub, aerodrome or ground handling company.
Educational section
The course is divided into several distinct modules designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the ins and outs of the human factor.
Assessment
Assessment is based on an in-class or distance learning quiz. Learners must obtain 80% correct answers.

A wide range of financing options are available for your training project. 30% of the agreed price must be paid before the start of the course. The balance is payable throughout the course.

L.6353-5: "Within 10 days of signing the contract, the trainee may withdraw by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt".
L.6353-6: "No sum may be demanded from the trainee before expiry of the withdrawal period provided for in article L6353-5. No sum in excess of 30% of the agreed price may be paid on expiry of this period. The balance is paid in instalments as the training course progresses.
L.6353-7: If, as a result of duly recognized force majeure, the trainee is prevented from following the training course, he/she may terminate the contract. In this case, only the services actually provided are remunerated in proportion to their contractual value.

He has led training courses for air operations agents, traffic agents, dangerous goods agents, ramp agents, station agents, security agents, document fraud, as well as technical and legal investigations into aircraft accidents.
