Location Tarbes Lourdes Pyrénées Airport
The airport is located in Ossun at the foot of the Pyrenees between Tarbes and Lourdes in the Hautes-Pyrénées department and the Occitanie region. It serves the Tarbes and Lourdes areas, but its reach extends throughout the department, Béarn, southern Gers, and as far as Comminges.
Job description and responsibilities
Reporting directly to the coordinators and/or ground supervisors, the Ground Agent: Provides all ground handling services and welcomes passengers in person or by telephone at the reception and information desk.
- Welcomes and provides information to passengers at the information desk
- Presents the company's services and commercial policy
- Applies company business rules – Checks in passengers and their baggage
- Checks boarding passes and mandatory documents according to the passenger's destination
- Supervises passengers with special needs (minors, people with reduced mobility, VIPs, etc.)
- Controls boarding and disembarking operations
- Ensures the smooth flow of passengers (immigration controls)
- Participate in passenger surveys

- Good command of French and English (Italian is a plus)

- Seasonal fixed-term contract with pre-employment training – March to November 2026
